Heard today, Dirty doesn't sound like a masterpiece (like Daydream Nation) or a gesture toward the mainstream audience (like Goo) -- it just sounds like a damn good rock album, and on those terms it ranks with Sonic Youth's best work. (AMG)

Double vinyl album reissue from Universal Music. Back To Black hype sticker on shrinkwrap stating: "Includes a voucher to download mp3 version of the album. 180 gram heavyweight vinyl". Two printed sheets with photos and credits included. A misprint on the back cover names track B1 "Sheet" instead of "Shoot". ([r12989759 is quite similar, with "Shoot" well spelled) Remastering credits appear on one of the printed inserts.
